Background
About Anh
Anh Phung is Business Development Manager at TLM Vietnam and a second generation leader in the family business founded by her father, Mr. Thach Phung, more than 20 years ago.
Her perspective combines formal business training, international exposure, and daily operating experience inside Vietnam's motorcycle parts distribution market. Anh holds a Master's Degree in Marketing and Sales from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland.
Before returning to TLM, Anh built commercial experience across well-known international and regional companies in Vietnam, including HP, Synnex FPT, ADA, and Esoft. Her work has covered B2B sales, key account management, e-commerce, international business development, and supplier relationships.
At TLM, Anh works directly across supplier development, dealer network growth, genuine parts positioning, and market expansion. Besides Mr. Thach Phung, she is one of the people closest to the full picture of how TLM operates: supplier expectations, dealer realities, product quality, pricing, logistics, and long-term trust in the Vietnamese market.
Future TLM articles are published under Anh's name because her role sits at the intersection of supplier strategy, market execution, and the family's long-running industry knowledge. Her writing is intended to help OEM and aftermarket parts suppliers understand Vietnam with more clarity, less guesswork, and a stronger commercial foundation.
